My Friend Nikhil Prabhat version 2.0

Meeting Nikhil Prabhat was quite inspiring this time. I met him after a long five years when he left his cushy job to pursue his entrepreneurial journey.

He was not the same guy whom I knew since my professional days. He was changed. He was his version 2.0. Years of experience and tint of success was reflecting in his eyes. We met in his plush office closer to the airport. The decor and the size of his office smelled richness. He was quite candid during the whole conversation.

He had a humble start from his home office. His agency had tied up with a German compressor and pump manufacturer for re-marketing their products in India. He worked quite hard to grow his business. Within two years, his company grew to a team of ten. He moved his office to a local commercial complex. Life was going well for him. His business was moving at a normal pace until something changed in 2020.

He went to explore digital marketing and came across the best digital mentor Deepak Kanakraju in India. He took his internship and understood the power of Digital Marketing very quickly. He mastered it and applied it to his business. He was sure that with this he can enhance his reach which was the bottleneck in his growth. It worked wonders for him.

He focused on branding and used analytics extensively to understand the performance of his marketing efforts. Automation helped him in the flawless execution of his plans and communications. Very soon he was flooded with inquiries. Distant customers were also reaching him frequently. The business grew leaps and bound. He hired more people, made a warehouse, and very soon his company was a team of 100 people workforce. For digital marketing, he has a soft corner in his heart. He set up a team of young digital marketers in his company who work very closely with him to ensures the perfect execution of his marketing plans.

He has not stopped here. Nikhil travels across the world in search of new technology products that he can bring in the Indian market. His ambition is to represent many more high-quality global engineering products in India and become the best engineering house in India in the next five years.
